The Journey
Born in New York, Raised in Austin
After putting five drinks on the permanent menu at The Dickens in NYC, proving elevated non-alcoholic beverages could drive real revenue, Scot made the move to Austin in 2025. Trading Manhattan's hustle for Texas hospitality, he found a city that embraced innovation and inclusivity. Within months, he won the Sans Bar Academy business pitch competition. Now he's building something that started with sleepless nights into a movement that welcomes everyone to the table.
